Return & Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Royal Harvest does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Our products are pure, cold-pressed organic oils and natural wellness products packaged in sealed glass bottles. For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we are unable to accept any opened or used product back. Once a glass bottle leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the product if it is returned.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit (broken glass bottle)
  • Completely wrong product delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Your order ID or name and phone number

We will review the evidence and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has been picked up by the courier, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +92 331 2447389.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusal

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order upon delivery without a valid reason, they will be responsible for any courier return charges. Repeated order refusals may result in future orders being restricted to prepaid (bank transfer) only.

5. Quality Guarantee

Every Royal Harvest product is 100% pure, cold-pressed, and free from additives or preservatives. Our oils are freshly extracted and quality-checked before dispatch. If you have any concerns about product quality, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order.
